This rating actually deserves a 5. I found this vendor under Dan's Discount Drywall and Home Services. Another name for this vendor is Mark Nicholson, LLC, at 720-749-7156. Mark is friendly, prompt, and communicates throughout the project. An employee did the actual drywall work and sought my input through the process. What I didn't like is the invoice requires an immediate payment for materials, before work is started. I suggest Mark request payment upon immediate arrival and before starting the work.

Math was hired to remove a popcorn ceiling, fix/install drywall in garage and basement, paint garage interior. In addition he subcontracted tile work, plumbing and electrical. His crew was professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Our projects kept getting added to as they were good and willing! We plan to continue contacting Mark for future projects, would like to keep him on retainer!!!

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
We were so impressed with Mark and his team! They did a great job on removing our popcorn ceilings and repainting them, as well as removing a fireplace and installing drywall and retexturing to cover it up. They did the work so quickly and communicated the whole time. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them!

This contractor removed popcorn ceiling in front room and kitchen, contractor also installed badly needed lighting, then orange peel finished both front room and kitchen. They were great to work with too. The first picture (dated) shows dark living room with North facing windows. The contractor did everything, start to finish. An excellent job, efficiently done, reasonable price.

I can’t say enough good things about Dan’s Discount Drywall! They helped transform my new house into a home. Mark, the contractor, and his entire crew went above and beyond. They removed all the old popcorn ceilings, painted the entire interior, and even took on painting my shed and garage exterior, all while working through some seriously windy weather! I felt bad, but they powered through and did such a beautiful job.
They also installed ceiling lights, ceiling fans, replaced and painted all the doors including the exterior door, a new toilet, and a new bathroom vanity. On top of that, they tore out all of my old carpet and discovered real hardwood floors underneath, which they refinished and let me tell you, the floors look AMAZING!
Mark communicated so well throughout the whole process, easy to talk to, reliable, and fair with pricing. The amount of work they did is no small task, but they handled everything with professionalism and care. These are

Drywall Repair
After a small drywall project, I hired Mark Nicholson (came for Dan's Drywall) to do exterior house painting. He provided a bid that included siding, wood repair and epoxy filler on damaged window sills. He asked for 50% down and his 2 man crew began the job. The started priming with no wood or epoxy filler. I texted Mark and asked if he could correct the situation. He proceeded to pull his team off the job because "I was never going to be satisfied". This was beyond insulting and frustrating when I was only asking for the services I had been promised. He proceeded to charge me $800 for 1 day's work of powerwashing and sub par prep. It's clear his game is to low bid and hope that no one cares about quality. He was never around to manage his 2 team members who seemed completely unaware of the contract. I don't understand the other 5 start ratings here, but there's a reason he's not on the BBB. Use caution when working with this company.

For accuracy, the work completed included pressure washing the entire home, hand scraping windows, repairing two gates and priming all exposed wood. The epoxy repairs were scheduled for a later phase. After this essential preparation we charged a fair $800 for this completed work and issued a prompt refund for the remaining deposit. I recently had a great experience working with Mark and Javier on a drywall repair job in our basement. Mark was able to figure out exactly what was needed just by sending over a few photos and chatting on the phone. It’s easy to tell he has massive experience. The work was priced reasonably and Javier knocked it out in a few days. They even went above and beyond and framed out a box to access our new sump pump that was recently installed. They even took care of replacing base board around the finished repairs. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be calling again for any future jobs.
