Dan knew what the problem was just over the phone and could tell me approx cost of part and repair. A repairman, Logan, was at my home within the hour and made the repair within 30 minutes.

Highly recommend. Dan and the technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful to work with. Great customer service and fair pricing. Dan asked questions when I called to clearly understand the issue and answered all of my questions including clear expectations about pricing. Sent a tech the next morning (it was not an outage emergency). The issue was exactly as anticipated from our phone conversation and was quickly repaired. Pricing was very reasonable.
