We had a major leaking roof from all the rain recently. Had a repair job by another roofer from Angie list major problem, made the leak several times worse. I had call multiple other contract roofers in the area they all agree that the repairs done the first time was a disaster and not to code. Dan's Roofing came by said the same thing so when 3 or more roofers says it's time to getting it fix the right way. Not a cheap job it is expensive. So, it was decided to do the job right and in stages. First patch the existing roof the best way possible knowing that what was done the first time would have to be remove and replace. But first since this is a commercial building with a flat roof didn't help with a shared roof with a connecting roof. Which would require a fire wall extension to code. Which was a cinder block wall about 130+ feet long. Which required opening up the roof peeling it back and going down to existing wall. What a chore that was it is not an overnight job it took some doing the crew worked weekends to include Sunday. The care in that went into the work was amazing. With cutting and welding to the structure and rebar. It was well planned out and done correctly. Then the roofing coating that covered the cinder blocks was done. Just getting the cinder block up on to the roof was done by hand. WOW what a job. The financing was a challenge. Which came from three sources. A GoFundMe I account Thanks to all the customers that pitched in. Then my Credit Union gave a loan for a large portion. But we were still short of funding. Dan's Roofing is caring a note too which he didn't have to but I'm glad help out. The roof is almost complete with fire wall finished. And temporary patch repairs done. We still need to install a PTO roofing or coating down. Which will require more funding. This may take some time to accomplish. All I can say Job well done but we are not finished yet. Thanks Dan.

Took a long time to get started because of supply chain problems, but once materials came in, the job was done quickly. we were out of town and didn't notice immediately because there was nothing out of place and everything was cleaned up.

He follows up after the work is completed and make sure I was satisfied with work.

The project took way longer than we expected it to be. We expected them to come to work when they said they were coming.

Henry Munoz owner of Dan's roofing does not communicate and lies about 90% of what he says.if you are a woman, beware. He doesn't deal with women well. I finally had to get my son involved but he continued to lie. I received my money back after several weeks. He also dodges your calls or text. BEWARE of this man! No recommendations for this company!

Henry and his crews were top of the line. On time and on budget. The attention to detail was outstanding. They listened to the problems I was having with a roof leak under my second story deck and found a solution. Pulled back deck boards. Resolved the leak issue and replaced everything. This is the second time I have used Dans Roofing and will call them again. Good contractor !

This company is top notch! Henry called me within an hour of my search. Set up a date for the next day. Was on time. We discussed my house painting and ended up hiring him to replace wood on my garage. His crews were on time. Cleaned up after and did the job on time and for amount agreed upon. Henry even came out at 8:30 in evening to cover the work area as it looked like rain. Will hire him for other projects shortly. This is a good one !

He took our money and never finished the work. I paid $42,000 and six months later we still have no kitchen. He makes excuses after excuse why the work has not been completed. Do not recommend this person to nobody.
