He gave his opinion straight to the point. He then explained how he would do the job. He gave his estimate and a date. It was a one day job. He came ready to work and finished in a timely manner. I am very happy I chose Dan.

Dan is a really good guy who tells it like it is. Being straight forward is very important when discussing jobs with contractors. He communicated very well with regards to timelines and all other aspects of the job. I would absolutely recommend him.

Dan was great to work with. This was a pretty big project (major site grading and clearing) and I was concerned since I have not have done a project of this size before. Dan helped me develop ideas, and gave me several options to consider. Not only did Dan follow up on what he said he would do, he was timely, honest, kept in frequent communication, and was honest (hard to find in a contractor!). I would highly recommend him for any big or small project. Finally, his prices were fair and he never tried to upcharge me and during the project like some many contractors do.

I hired this man to removed a building and clean up an RV area which had recently burned down. After several days and breakdown with small dozer he returned to complete the job. Without regard to inspecting the area he was grading he destroyed my RV connection while grading and also tearing up my lawn. Having almost completed the job with expectation of him completing the next day, trusting him, I paid him in advance. (Wrong thing to ever do) I called and texted him to provide me an update when he didn't return the next day. After several calls and missed rescheduling he returned with a tractor (he stated his dozer had broke down again), attempting to complete the job. I told him I was not satisfied and gave him a chance to correct. He said that I was too late he already loaded the tractor. When I told him I would not give him a good recommendation he laughed and said go ahead. I would never recommend him to anyone. I hope you can take cautions other people in regards to this experience. I am now trying to rake the area to make it presentable.

Dan did a nice job. I have a bad drainage problem in my yard and driveway. Dan helped me come up with a plan to correct the poblem that was fair. He is honest and does what he says he is going to do. And in this day and time those attributes are hard to find. I would definitely recommend Dan and use him again.
