Canâ  t say enough great things about Dashap Landscaping. When you hire a business you donâ  t know what youâ  re going to get. Have no worries with Danâ  s business. He was punctual, asked detailed questions about scope of work, and completed in a timely manor. My blackberries were taken down so fast, and I had a great deal of them. Within a short time I had my property back. What a blessing it was to find a honest, reliable, hard working company to tackle my big job. Dan also cleans and takes great care of his equipment after each use, sigh of integrity and great work ethic. I was also told he can do anything have to do with your property residential or commercial, just ask! Donâ  t hesitate to hire Dan at Danshap Landscaping and Excavation.

Our property is approximately 1.6 acres with a large pond located at the back of our house. Unfortunately we had let the area around the pond turn into a jungle and finally decided it was time to clean it up. The area was probably around 1/2 acre of solid blackberry bushes that were approximately 5 feet in height. Dan came in at a reasonable price and was able to mulch the entire area including taking out several very small trees. He even cleaned up areas that we had not initially discussed. I would definitely recommend Dan and will use him in the future for any large project that we may have.

Daniel did an incredible job prepping our yard and laying 950 sq ft of sod. Everything was fast, efficient and affordable. I truly could go on....definitely an A+ job. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Daniel and the employee he brought with him worked hard. It was only a half-day job but he was very trustworthy and new his business. We were grateful he did the work we needed!

We had a bit of a tricky custom job that we had an idea for but absolutely no knowhow or ability to perform. We needed to get our 36 ft trailer into the backyard, but to do so would require some tree and fence removal. And we also have soft lawn which would mean moving things over it would tear up the lawn. Daniel was able to assess the situation via pictures over text and cut us a fair deal. He was promptly out the next morning, very communicative and very service oriented. We threw a couple wrenches in what he thought was the plan -we wanted the trailer in forwards rather than backing it in because of the position of the door-, but he rolled with them real nice with quick ideas on how to address the issues. He was very knowledgeable of the overall needs (way better than we were-we would have totally messed it up). He was also very quick, yet still super careful and detail oriented-VERY detail oriented. I would see him out there just shaking his head at small things that I would have never even noticed until I saw what he did to correct them-like when replanting the trees, he slightly moved one tree 4 times to properly position it. I would have never noticed, but when he finally got it in place, I could see how much nicer the placement he was going for was than original. Or when he had the trailer in place I told him that it was ok it was a little crooked (it was super difficult to get into place with the amount of space we had for him to work) but I could see that he just wasn't happy with anything less than perfection as he corrected the positioning until it was in the most parallel position and all nicely squared up. All-in-all the job was done for a fair price, it was a difficult custom job to do, yet he nailed it - SPOT ON. I am so grateful for his knowledge and ability and I am very happy with his work! I will definitely be calling him for anything I need done in the future!

We need our flower beds cleaned and some bushes trimmed. They came day after I called. The price was a little high, but we want the job done. Great customer service, very nice guy. We are very happy with the end product.

Dan was on time, quickly loaded his truck full-size truck with a dumper and high walls, cleaned up after himself, was polite, mellow and then he eased on down the hill in a cold, morning rain, on thanksgiving. Absolutely zero complaints.

I contacted Daniel by text and he was very prompt getting back to me. Daniel did a great job installing the sod in our new backyard. He tilled the native soil, added sand/compost and tilled again and finally, raked the ground until the surface was perfect for installing the new sod. He didn't shortcut anything and the final product was fantastic. The price was very reasonable. We couldn't have been happier.

At the risk of sounding like one of Dan's relatives or a paid shill, I would like to say that Dan is top drawer, and did everything right from start to finish. (1) He was the first one to get back to me with a quote; (2) He showed up exactly when he said he would show up (none of this "4-hour window" where I have to wait around forever); (3) he was scrupulously thorough; (4) he actually photographed my gutters after he finished, so that I could see that it looked like new gutters had been installed, as there wasn't a speck remaining. His customer service interface is also very good: very cordial, very professional.

Danshap took care of our fall cleanup in record time for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be using their services again.
