Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Dan is a nightmare. He is not qualified to do work inside anyone's home. Everything he did is worse than an amature would do. After he tore out my kitchen floor (which was not in the original plans) (he used a spray gun to paint my ceilings and ruined the kitchen floor with overspray) he "floated" it, spreading the "float with his hands. Without covering up anything but my tv. he sanded for a day and a half in an effort to get the floor smooth to lay the tile on it. When I saw the clean up ahead of me, I fired him. He is complaining because I refused to pay him the rest of what I owe him. he has not completed anything.

"Paula, I have done many remodels over the years and the majority of my clients are repeat because the quality and craftsmanship of work I do. I told you your extisting floor has to come up because of the gloss finish will not adhere to the new peel and stick tile before I proceeded with any work and you gave me the okay. The float was a "self leveling" compound we just spread on the floor, I saw it did not level evenly so I was in the process of fixing the problem like any good contractor would do to assure the job is done right. You told me to quit for the day bc it was gettin late so therefor I was not able to clean up."

He did such a wonderful job and did it quickly. He went above and beyond and made sure things looked nicer than we ever expected. I will for sure call him in the future.
