"I apologize you were not satisfied with the service I provided to you. Your home had major challenges that went beyond the scope of the task you contracted me to do. Your home had structural challenges beneath the siding, crumbling patched drywall around the trim, rotted plywood under the door sill and framing issues that could not be determined prior to agree to do the work for you. You were not present during the removal or installation to view the damage for yourself. I communicated with you along the way and as I was finishing up, and provided you with a detailed summary of what was going on with your home. I think that if there was."

I asked you to review it. You made more comments. I addressed those comments and did the work. I asked you to review it. You told me you were satisfied with the work.
