Our roofing experience with Danz Custom Homes was excellent! Dan answered all of our questions up front, as well as provided roofing samples and a copy of their insurance policy. Attention to protecting landscaping could have been better. No damage was done, but there were close calls. We were very pleased with the crews promptness, efficiency and courtesy. Good communications, good prework preparation, quickly replaced roof in one day, good cleanup, and cooperative in followup paperwork.

Communication seemed to be a big problem. Also, the estimator missed the second layer. It took one month to get our gutters up. They still cannot get our mailling address correct. Overall, despite the pains, we are satisfied with the finished look and competitive pricing.

Your guys did a wonderful job. I am extremely happy with the job. I especially liked that your crew was in and out in 3 days. Neighbors are still complimenting us on the roof. The only thing that you could possibly do better is control the weather.

From the first contact with your firm to the final conversation by telephone, my experience dealing with you was most satisfying. I have had several un savory experiences with contractors recently, so it was quite a nice change to hire a firm that did everything they said they would and more. Very Pleased with the job that was done on our house. Only problem was that no one had noticed the additional tear off and sheeting that needed to be done when estimate was completed so we had a little surprise on the the final bill. But the crew did a great job and very happy that it was completed in one day THANKS

I had some skepticism when first deciding to work with Danz. The first reference I called described a terrible experience and that had me very worried. However, once Jason Doro came in on the first day, my fears were subsided. He is an incredible asset to Danz. He is very conscientious, hard-working, and takes the time to let the homeowner know everything that is going on. He of course also does excellent work. We were very happy with the work done. The only minor complaint we experienced was that the project took longer than we had been told. All things considered, we feel really great about the work done, the people who performed all the work, and the overall value we received. I'd be happy to provide a stellar reference for your organization.

Very professional service

They performed the job in one day. Unfortunately my house should have taken them 2 days. They lacked attention to detail because of their speed.

Quality has yet to be tested with bad weather but so far we are pleased. Communication was particularly good until we made the final payment. ONce they had the check in hand, nothing. I had some concerns and requested someone check on them and get back to me and that was never done.
