Igor and his team are not only true professionals but really nice people and care about the services they provide. Working with Igor, juggling appointments and various other moving challenges he just made things so easy. And the final product of our move out to list our home was nothing less than amazing! Cleaners damaged hardwood floors from dropping cleaning tools. Cleaners had a very difficult time being punctual. Texting the night before at family dinner time looking to again change the arrival time or day. This is very difficult when running a schedule. When the owner misinterpreted a text, he took private information gathered from cleaning and proceeded to call me names. He sent over 50 texts even after firing him and asking him to stop. I finally blocked the number. Beware.

"This customer has gone through several cleaning companies. She told us her last company damaged her granite counter tops, which also was not true. It very hard to make someone happy who is condescending and talks down to our team as if they are somehow less important. Even bringing our manager to tears. One of the rudest and most entitled people I have ever come across in any situation."
