Joe came out to do the work and he did not do quality work. He also told me that he was only going to charge $200-$300 and then the bill was $600. He never gave me a written estimate, which wasn't professional. He had to come back and fix the work, but it's still not up to par. He messed up/broke the sprinkler system while he was working on the pavers and never even told me about that.

Very nice. Poor communication. Decent work, but is a mason by trade, and is not trained to lay pavers. Did an OK job, but by no means a paver expert. Not a nice 'finished' final product. Good work for the money though. Nice guys and somewhat dependable. More than can be said for most these days.

Mr. Piazza called us less than 24 hours after I made the inquiry to Service Magic. He gave a fair assessment of the problem, a reasonable estimate, and the work was completed within one week. I would use his services again.

Mr. Piazza was very polite during our contacts. He completed the job to my satisfaction and within the time period he promised. The job was to repair damage to a concrete block support column on my carport. Mr. Piazza was able to complete the repair for less than the original estimate, which was a pleasant outcome. I appreciate his outstanding performance and honesty and plan to hire him again.

Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas) - Install
Mr. Piazza is very poor at his trade. I dont think he understands the terms , straight, level or plum. He is unreliable and a complete artist. He also used pavers instead of firebrick , in the pizza oven, and tried to lie to me about it. This was just the icing on the cake. I would not recommend him to anyone.

He came by on the same day he was contacted. He was very professional, immediately put our mn=minds at ease as to what the problem was with our existing tile. An appointment was made for him to complete the job. He was here as scheduled and the work was excellent. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

I have not yet started the peoject. However, Joe went to my house to preview the job called immediately was very courtious. He even took advantage of a service we provide as block haulers. Joe did amazing work for me, he has alot of great ideas on paver designs.Joe turned the work i needed done into art.I will only use Darccamus Piazza for any future stone or paver work that i need done.Joe is a very hard worker and he made sure everything was perfect at completion including cleanup. IM VERY PLEASED.
