Mike Mitkovets and Dariusz Melowski founded Sanctum Home in 2024 with a shared vision of delivering high-end remodeling built on craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism. Together, the two owners bring over 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry. As a NARI-associated company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the remodeling field. Sanctum Home holds a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor License and Dwelling Contractor Qualifier certification, along with Lead-Safe Renovator certification, Asbestos Supervisor licensing, and Asbestos Inspector certification.

I recently had a Guest Bathroom remodeled by Sanctum. They are very knowledgeable and very skilled in all steps and details of the remodeling process.
They were eager to work with me to accomplish the look I wanted and made good suggestions. Great work habits and daily left the work area clean. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. Dariusz' work is amazing.

Mike is awesome, he helped me to design my dream kitchen!! He walked me through the whole process, took my basic ideas and used his expertise to build upon it with great recommendations for design, configuration, and finishing touches with Fabuwood cabinetry. Would recommend Sanctum Home to anyone looking to update or remodel their home, 10/10!! Will add photos when the new kitchen is installed!

Due to last years floods, I needed to have some dry wall replacement. Only the bottom 2 feet. We had started the job ourselves, but due to family issues, we were unable to finish. Not only was the job started, it was also a "small" job. Sanctum Home came through! They did an excellent job! Looking at it, you cant even tell only part of it was replaced. . The guys were on time, very polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recommend Santum Home!! Will definitely call them again!
