They Winterize our sprinkler system for several years in a row and did a great job every time we have since moved but I would still highly recommend them

Dave is a great guy, very responsive, showed up on time and completed the work professionally. My home is lit up like a Christmas Tree and looks great!

They were quick and not too noisy.

Darlington Designs' repaired my irritation system curb valve at the end of 2012 during system winterization. They orally honored one year warranty for the job. However, in 2013 when the system restarted, significant leaking was found around the curb valve joint. The leaking is so severe that I have to shut off my main meter, so the whole house has no water for several days. The third party analyzed it and believed the leaking is due to the poor job done last year by Darlington Designs , causing the broken connection. When I contacted Darlington Designs' to fix the problem, they denied their responsibility and warranty, refused to fix it.

I had some bumps on the road with them. The problems were fixed at the end, but I expected at least some apologies for the problems. I have not used the system long, but I would advise potential clients to pay attention at their installation and question every little upgrade they chose to make sure they received what they paid for. I am hoping that their service will be better. I will revisit my review after my first service.

The Darlington Staff both SImon and Denise conducted themselves in a very professional manner. All issues and concerns were addressed promptly. Highly recommend using Darlington. I will use them again.

Workers were very good and helpful. Had some coverage issues - needed full watering of plants and shrubs, rather than just grass. Needed to replace sprinkler heads with different ones (done at no charge by contractor). Still have a leak at one sprinkler head. Took a long time to get repairs.

Service was a little slow. It took them a while to come and install the system and then later to activate it. Hopefully, they will do better in the future.

Very professional and innovative, expensive

Darlington Desig is a professional company. They install rain sprinkles on my property and I was very satisfied with the professionalism in the conduct of business. I would highly recommend them for outdor and landscape projects.

Of 6 quotes I received Darlington was 2nd highest. They have a huge problem between Sales and Installation. The quote was for "Full Coverage to Curb" but only the grass was covered. Their equitpment kept breaking and they had to dig holes everywhere. The control valves were not put in a box and were installed on the front lawn, which will have to be dug up to make repairs when needed. The electric wires were laid on top of the ground. I had to withhold $$ and threaten court action in order to have the plant beds covered. Those supply pipes are laying on the ground. Our first months water bill was almost $200 due to broken pipe.

They were professional and did a great job.

They came to our home and I explained what I want them to accomplish. We had a Dogwood tree that we did not want to harm when we put in the stone drive. The tree was put in thirty years age as a gift to my husband. They completed the job in a day and left the area clean and tidy.The office staff and the workers who completed the job were really polite and friendly. Hope to have more landscaping work done by them in the future.

Simon & his crew are excellent in the Customer Service department. However, my yard has not met my expectations. Simon has promised to follow up, so time will tell.............

We had pavers, landscaping, irrigation and sod done by Darlington- Simon had a very good presentation and we fell in love with the raised paver design for our deck. Price was fairly competitive for what we had done. Crew was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, there were many communication problems that resulted in several phone calls to have minor repairs made. Was not happy that our original foreman was pulled off the job 3/4 of the way through. That is when the communication problems began. Overall satisfied with everything we had done. Would only recommend pavers by Darlington. Landscaping was pricey and our cherry blossoms died because they were planted late, Simon did replace the trees though. Waiting for spring to see if they will survive. There were delays do to inclimate weather and some days of just not showing up. This pushed our project back 2 weeks but just in time for our holiday weekend party.

Work hasn't started yet, but they seem to be very professional and easy to work with.

For the most part, the work they did was great, they were willing to work with me. I had an issue with my neighbor (i live in a townhouse) and they came out to work on it. My only issue is that while installing the plumbing for this system they had to cut a hole in my drywall (understandable), however, they did not fix the hole. The left it open and said it was my issue to fix. I just dont think that is how it should have been handled, if i were a contractor i would not consider the job complete. Other then that, they are great.

Professional presentation and attention to detail in understanding customer needs. Lots of notes and very useful suggestions from builder. Top quality work with attention to detail and any questions addressed. Extremely happy with outcome of project. Mike B.
