I would recommend Darrell and his expertise to anyone. We have an older home, with a second floor bathroom. Our tub liner failed leaking between floors. My wife and I were caught between a patch job or a remodel. Darrell was able to design, discuss, and educate a newer version, using the square footage available and provide us with a final product we are more than impressed with. He was able to stay on budget and did the work in a very timely manner. My wife was pregnant at the time, he kept the air quality and cleanliness well controlled and ventilated. Darrell was able to "babysit" our high maintenance boxer who was unable to adjust to daycare through this transition, and handled our neighbors with care as we needed to borrow their driveway for some of the demo work. Darrell is meticulous with his work. The finish work and trim are perfect, and our bathroom is the best looking room in our house. His hardest work was to convince us to take a chance and not patch the existing problem, which I'm glad we did.

Stand on what he say he will do and will not do. as with ant contractor ask questions make sure you both understand what is to be done and how? Derrell Davis. will be more then happy to go into detail as to what it will take to do thew job right the first time... Tom DeMeuse

Mr. Davis' work solved my problem and prevented future problems with my siding. He returned my phone calls promptly and completed the first project the day after we spoke and the second project the same day I called. As a new homeowner, it is comforting to know that I have someone like Mr. Davis available for repairs or to simply answer my questions. I will recommend him to anyone in need of home repair or remodeling.

"This repair was needed due to an installation error by the original siding contractor who neglected to lock in the siding properly. Tuff little fix out in the middle of the gable wall but years of dealing with these types of problems got us out of it without ripping the entire side out. DD"

After some small damage had occurred to my house from a recent storm, I had taken a look in my attic and noticed a leak occurring around my chimney. I knew this was a problem spot for my roof. Darrell was very prompt and came by and took a look at the roof and offered his suggestion of how to repair properly. He also let me know that once these repairs were made, my roof should have 8 or 9 more years in it (Which was consistent with my home inspection 6 months ago, not consistent with another roofer I found on here was suggesting I replace the roof in the near future).

Darrell is very professional. Darrell put in an 120% to make sure the work was done in a very timely manner. Darrell rate was very competitive and reasonable. Darrell explained what he could and couldn't do in advance. Darrell is worth every cent that he asks for and more. I recommend Darrell to anyone who need an all-around handyman to do work around your home.
