Darrel was brought in to correct a very dangerously and incorrectly installed tankless water heater that another plumbing company had installed in my home. Professional, respectful, kind, cared about our repair work!!! Went to purchase a new toilet for replacement in his vehicle!!! I am an amputee… He looked out for us like a son would!!! If I need plumbing repair, he is who we will call!!!

Communication was fast and easy. Kept me apprised of his arrival at the job site. The job took about one and a half hours to complete and that's with him leaving to get a part. Cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend his services.

Outstanding prompt service on replacing my kitchen side attic hot water heater. Started to leak on a Sunday, we communicated that afternoon, and he inspected my leak the next day at noon, and new HW heater install by noon the following day. Very competent and professional and friendly, at a fair price, and will use Darrel again in the future and recommend to others. Highly recommended !!

Darrel was great! He was very communicative, on time, and very professional. He installed a new shower arm, bath faucet, bath drain, and vanity sink faucet for us. It all came out clean and amazing. He quoted me upfront before beginning anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
