I found out that home advisor charges the business$20 per referral increasing my cost for the job. If I would have called my local businesses by myself then I would have saved myself $20. Yonish was great. They did the job and they were very reasonable. Biggest lesson here...do your own footwork by calling around and save yourself some money. This is a small business and $20 means alot so they naturally pass on the cost but $20 is also alot for someone on a fixed income. It cost me $50 instead of $30. If money is not an issue for you then this doesn't matter. A large, costly job will negate the importance of $20 but for a small job it will stand out.
