Dashing 4 Ashton Cleaning Services, LLC

First and foremost, let me say Ms. Ashley is very professional and has good communication and customer service skills. I can't take that away from her. However, I will say I don't feel that I had a great experience using her cleaning service. I booked a move-out clean and feel like I got less than what was expected and offered. There was a lot of under-the-table hidden information and things left undone. Stairs were not vacuumed, the fridge was not originally moved to be cleaned, dishwasher, cabinets and fixture left undusted. I hate to say I feel scammed but for 300 dollars this was not a move-out / move-in ready house. I had to go behind the cleaners and clean areas that were filthy. The pan under the oven wasn't cleaned originally and when I brought it up she said she never looked down there and wiped it down. I felt like I was bothering her to do her job. Everything felt rushed and ultimately was due to her needing to be at another job. My significant other did contact her and speak about the concerns, where she offered to come back .once she arrived she stated that she doesn't clean certain areas if they're not cleared out. I remember having a conversation with Ms. Ashley and extending my help to move things as needed. I just don't feel she paid attention to detail and had the best interest of her client at heart. We all work hard for our money and I'm highly disappointed that $300 went down the drain behind half-done cleaning. I originally hired her because I was impressed by her professionalism and customer service skills but That's not enough to make up for the lack of expertise in the area she runs a business in. If she had advertised that she did quick touch-up / wipe down cleans I would understand but to state, you do move out and it looks less than that. I call it false advertising to the highest degree.

EXCELLENT cleaning service. Prompt and on time as scheduled. Great communications by phone and text prior to scheduled arrival. Came completely prepared to handle every task. Very thorough in all aspects of cleaning our place. Worked hard the entire time. I have been through many cleaners over the years, and I cannot recommend Dashing 4 Ashton Cleaning Services, LLC highly enough. I was impressed with the quality, and it takes a lot to impress me!

Excellent service, friendly and professional.

These two wonderful woman cleaned my house up and down and I would hire them again In a heartbeat. Thank you Ashley and T for a job well done .

Ashley did a wonderful job with our clean out. I am in a high risk pregnancy and was not allowed to be around chemicals and so we were stressed about the moving out with both my husband and I working two FT jobs and out deadline of the house. Ashley was diligent about the job and cleaned the entire space. Very grateful for her hard work. Exchanging of payment information was clear and simple and the effort was WELL worth the price. If you need a cleanout, or routine cleaning of anykind I would hire Ashley at Dashing 4 Ashyon Cleaning Services LLC.

I called and hired to clean my condo between tenants. Work was slipshod and incomplete. We arrived 3 days later and little sign of any cleaning having been done. Will not rehire.

I hired Ms. Ashley for a move-out cleaning on short notice and she went out of her way to work us into her schedule. She showed up on time, prepared, and was always very professional and kind. She worked non-stop for hours to clean our home and by the time she was done it was cleaner than the day we moved in. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any type of cleaning services!

Did an excellent job!

Ashley did a wonderful job. If I was there I would use this Company All the time.
