I had tech Steven M and his helper came early and his work was truly excellent . No bullshit up selling at all . After he fixed my no heat he checked whatever I asked him to. I have a contract with them so it costed me nothing . Will keep them for good. Thank you guys

To start I am not just bashing dashing dans plumbing. I was out of town and my heat went out. I called dashing dans and a tech came right away without a very common part (thermocoupler). That was a $350 charge Another tech came the the next day with the $50 part. He changed it in less than an hour and charged $947. So my total bill was $1297 that is a $900 dollar an hour labor rate. Seems crazy to me.

I had a flood in front of my oil burner and the technician replaced the pressure relief valve without checking any other part which may have caused the flood. The flood was back the next day and the technician returned to replace the expansion tank. The technician came back a third time due to the fact that he failed to remove all of the air out of the system causing me not to have hot water.

They initially they were supposed to come to the house but couldn't and did call. They came first thing in the morning next day. He replaced the hot and cold faucet in the bath/shower but couldn't replace the center faucet that switches the water from tub the shower. $500! I expected to pay around $300 but no more than $400. Sticker shock. But basic problem is fixed and shower is functional.

Dennis knew were the drip was coming from, got the parts from his truck and repaired it after giving me the price for the job. He made sure I knew how to use the shut off valve before he left. He was very pleasant. Would hire this company again for my plumbing needs. Glad I used Home Advisor as you never know what you will get when choosing someone to come into your home.
