Adam promised he'd call Monday to finish. He never called and hasn't responded since. He's ghosting me?home torn apart, $6,370 paid, $500 camera he broke not replaced.
Repeatedly late with zero accountability. Committed to 8:00 a.m., arrived 9:47 a.m.?smiling.
We agreed $150 per drop. He immediately added charges never discussed. Insisted on $150 per wire for speakers requiring minutes of work. Only after I cried did he offer a partial discount. I felt trapped.
Opened my master bedroom wall plate November 26, 2025. Nearly a month later still open, TV not working. Living room same. Rack unfinished.
Placed my brand-new Dream Machine Pro Max ($599) and switch ($1,799) on floor with no protection. Dust scratched both. Dropped my $500 camera?video evidence. Promised replacement, ghosted.
He's personable and friendly?that's how he gets you to trust him. Once your home is torn open and you've paid, his priorities shift. Cannot recommend.

PC Smartfix is first Rated! They provided an professional and excellent services. They was able to transfer our antiquited and unreliable wifi extender and booster to a reliable, super fast and unified wifi system. We spent a lot of money for outdoor wifi extender installation last year. But did not work well. Just create many wifi names and intrefrence with no internet. PC Smartfix came and assess the problem and designed a new unifi wifi system. They installed the system, tought me how to administer it.the result was oustanding wifi, 5G speed everywhere. I recommend PC Smartfix to anyone looking for a reiable wifi system.

Very professional. Timely for his appointment. Designed a WiFi system for my RV Park. Other companies called and tried to design the system over the telephone and Google map and then sent me invoices for their estimates. They would not even come out to site and tried to quote me thousands of dollars over the phone. Mr. Taheri from PC Smartfix came out, we spoke, he asked questions about my needs. He then came out again with equipment, hooked up and tested the equipment to see if it would fulfill my needs. He then quoted me a price, I accepted. He showed up and installed for 2 days. The third day he came and showed me how to use the system. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Ahmed was ideal. I had an issue of needing a home network from AT&T (gigabit internet) extended to my home office. (I own a home-based video production company). He was punctual, knowledgeable, analyzed my situation completely, and kept me informed of everything every step of the way. He has a very strong IT background (as do I - 25 years) so he brings an extremely high level of insight into his problem solving. He really knows his stuff. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He's going to be my go-to person for anything relating to computers, technical issues, and networking so I can focus on my work rather than the technology. He's the epitome of professionalism. You need to hire him.

If you are looking for a network guy he is the one to pick. I installed my home WiFi system in 2008 and I noticed that my equipment was outdated for AT&T gig service. We were not getting the full potential from service within our home. I met with 4 different companies and pick Ahmed with PC Smartfix. He told me that he would update my home network system and he did! We decided to install Unifi system and wow what a difference this has made. He was very thorough and organized. Ahmed did a great job and we are very happy with his service. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends looking to improve there home network!

Ahmad was outstanding! My home has a lot of internet-connected devices, but very poor internet service. I have wanted to upgrade my modem for quite some time, but was very scared about re-configuring all of my devices. Ahmed met me to discuss what I needed, evaluated my devices, and gave me options. He did it without pressuring me into the more expensive options; he was very patient and explained everything without condescending to me like other tech advisers I have dealt with. I chose to install wireless access points to get better coverage throughout my home. Ahmed assured me that he would not leave until all of my devices worked, and he meant it. He stayed until late in the evening and patiently worked with me and my devices until everything worked smoothly. He even took the time to move a mounted camera to a better location without charging me extra. In the end, the price was less than he quoted, and the work was better than I expected. I am relieved to have a better internet system and a tech advisor who I can trust.

PC Smart Fix Ahmed has resolves multiple problems that my company was facing. First, he did full ethernet wiring with Ubiquitous system that includes ubiquitious access points, gateway and switch. Not only Ahmed has done this job outstandingly, he has also organized and labeled all my inputs wiring to where I can pinpoint any problem that I might face in the future easily. Secondly, I also had Ahmed wired my whole business with one of the best surveillance camera system that he recommended. Ahmed have done all these professionally and in timely manner. Always comes on time to job site and stays the longest until job get completed. I highly highly recommend PC Smart Fix to anyone who is looking for dependable, knowledgeable and very reasonable price to fix any internet, cameras or any networking issues.

Ahmad was very accomodating to ensure that the home network at our home was completely to our satisfaction. He made recommendations for the best solutions based on the size of the home and location of the rooms. Did clean work and came prepared with the correct equipment.
