DATS had an immediate solution for my particular issue which involved extending Internet connectivity in a certain part of my house. Their installation of a small and inexpensive device brought a solid Internet connection to the room needing it. Bingo! Solved! This was an emergency as my dog ate thru the outside lines. Ben came in and got the whole repair done in an hr for 3 phone lines with old wiring! Certainly knows what he is doing with this. Excellent job!

He was very competent, and caring. He did a VERY WELL job of hooking up my wiring without breaking walls while others wanted to break wall. He is highly recommended. He didn't stop till the issue was solved.

Benjamin was really knowledgeable and helpful! He talked through everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand it. I was at my wits end trying to figure out the issue, and Benjamin came in and resolved the issue in 2.5 hours without pushing a bunch of new products. He genuinely seemed like he just wanted to help make the system as good and as fast as possible.
