They were very prompt and open for the appointment which was very important to me! He showed up on time and was a very nice gentlemen. After he did his walk around we talked very briefly and he told me to expect his report by the following Monday. We didn't get the appraisal report until Wednesday ( 2 days after the time we were told). That aside the report was excellent! Very detailed and straight to the point. Based on other reviews only thing I would recommend is that they allow themselves more time than what they promise for there finished product.

I was timely contacted by Jim Daust who set up an appointment for me with Michele Watts. She was very prompt and prepared to help me. I was on a tight time frame and she understood. She gave me information while looking at the property. After she left in order to do further research, she remained in contact by phone. The next moring I received a call from Michele advising me that she had a portion of the report e-mailed to me and the final report would be coming soon. Very detailed, fact based showing evidence of fair and equitable comparables. The business activities and communications were excellent and timely. The report is quite thorough and appears to be a reasonable appraisal of the PROPERTY and location/area by actual description and details cited. We would reccommend Jim Daust for anyone considering or needing an appraisal.

Poor selection of comparable sales. There were recent sales in the same neighborhood much more comparable to the home he appraised than the ones he selected.
