Davco excavated around my foundation, repaired and resurfaced it. They also repaired and resurface the interior walls. The crew was very nice and worked quickly. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed by Davco owners. Davco went above and beyond by resurfacing sections of the foundation not in the agreed upon statement of work, ensuring a quality finished look. Also, much to my surprise, the crew showed up with a load of topsoil and reseeded my lawn after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Davco

David and the team did a fantastic job at a very fair price on cementing my basement floor that was previously a damp, dirt floor. I am so appreciative of how much the team has helped to improve the re-sale value of my home. David even went the extra mile to address major items (eg., remove heavy metal fixtures that needed to be cut and brought up the narrow steps, and even provide insulation for my pipes so that they would be protected) to improve the overall state of my basement. Later, when I had an issue in my house (totally unrelated to their work,) David sent his team on the same day to provide help and it was done just for the sake of helping a former customer in my time of need - it's so rare to see these days. Great work, great all-around people who genuinely cared about my basement. That combination, along with the kindness/professionalism that they have shown, is probably one of the biggest reasons that this local company has garnered such great reviews over such a long period of time. I'm so glad I found Davco Masonry to rebuild a much needed back porch foundation. Davco professionally delivered--they showed up when they said they would, they honestly answered all my questions and concerns and they cleaned up!!! I would highly recommend Davco Masonry. I even hired them back for a new patio to match my new foundation!!!!!

I had been having a very difficult time getting foundation repair estimates for a couple of years. I finally came across Davco Masonry. Matt, the owner, was very helpful and honest. He gave me a fair estimate, and told me 2-3 weeks and they would be here. It was 2.5 weeks and the job was to start the next day. Very refreshing I must say. Our job was done in 2 days and came out wonderful. I would not hesitate to have them back for another job. A big thank you to Matt and his team on a job well done.

I made the call and next day DavCo had a crew on scene repairing foundation. What I received was amazing. I was expecting patch repair then i would have to paint, no, the foundation looked new. I am not even going to paint it. Great job Dave, Matt and associates.

Davco did my chimney repair in October 2020. The crew was very professional, personable, and cared about the quality of the job. They took their time and did a great job! Matt and Dave the owners were always available for questions and emotional support (LOL - the anxiety involved in hiring a company to do a home repair.) They made me feel comfortable and trusting in their ability to do a quality job. They even offered assistance before the job started when it was questionable if I would even be using their services, more so due to their busy schedules. I was so happy with Davco and the crew that did the repair work.

My husband and I purchased a home in may and my basement had massive water problems,the basement hadn't been touched since 1920 and Matthew came out gave me a quote and Matthew answered all my questions and believe me I had many but he was honest he explained everything to me, we needed a french drain and a cement floor put in i don't think we could of anticipated all the water problems that my house had inside and out, Davco help us with financing because at the same time we needed a new roof everything was going wrong but now we can finally breathe and giving us a dry basement was just the beginning of there work they were some unforseen problems and dave and matt took care of it .when i was getting quotesfrom other companies they were only interested in payment...DAVCO Kept us included they really wanted to fix our problems they kept us in every step of the way in every decision i can honestly say Dave and Matthew are professional but most importantly they have integrity and these days its hard to find hard working people i would hire Davco over anyone

He did not return over 50 calls. He was rude to me. The quality was poor and looks like some juvenile did it who did not know what they were doing.

I hired Davco Masonry to repair the foundation around my house that was cracking and falling off. Matt came to my house to review the project and provided me with a quote. The work was completed within a few days and was completed to my satisfaction. The foundation looks great. I recommended Davco Masonry to a family member and a friend.

My experience with Dave and Matt was great! From the time I received the estimate to seal our expansion joints at my warehouse location in Round Lake NY to the end of the job Matt was very communicative and on point. The floors were clean and sealed properly. I would recommend Davco to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Dave came out to inspect an issue in our basement and gave us a quote later that day. They worked around our busy schedule get us in their appointment book. The workers from Davco showed up on time and finished their work promptly and efficiently. They even did a great job of cleaning up what ended up being a very messy job with lots of jack hammering. We will be using them for our future masonry needs.

Both Dave an Matt were wonderful about keeping me updated throughout the process as well as completing the job as promised. They added drainage to the basement, waterproofed the walls, added straps for stabilization, installed a sump pump and radon mitigating system. They also spot repaired the chimney and I will definitely see them in the spring to replace the chimney and cap. Thank you to both of you and your crew. I highly recommend them.

The owner came to the job before the concrete pour and came at the end to check the finish . They were very professional and made sure we were happy with the job great people .I plan to hire them for my next concrete project .The job looks awesome !!!

I just had a great experience with Davco Masonry, LLC. They installed a basement drainage system and patio. The owners, Dave and Matt, are very knowledgeable, reliable and easy to communicate with. They met with me the same day I called them and once I gave the go ahead, they started the work right away and finished in a timely manner. They are very responsive and even ran over to my house at 8:30PM one night when I thought I had a problem with my sump pump, which I did not. They took the time to explain to me that it was indeed working as it should and why. They back their basement drainage system with a lifetime warranty and their prices are very reasonable. I would happily use them again, and being in the business of renovating homes, I am sure I will.

Daveco made repairs to our foundation and installed a sump pump. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. Their prices were also very reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time, they returned our calls/emails, they kept us updated. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Matt and Dave were also very honest with what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. I highly recommend them.

Davco was extremely responsive, prompt, thorough, and did an excellent job fixing a long-standing water issue in my basement. Dave kept me apprised on progress throughout. They cleaned up and were careful in my house. I feel their work is actually life-changing for me and will provide the peace of mind I have not had.

Dave Hartman and his crew did a great job on my front porch and entrance to my garage. They were flexible with changes during the project and did a nice job cleaning up when they were finished. When there was an issue, they did everything they could to fix the problem and make it right. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I hired Davco to waterproof basement and for mold remediation. They were responsive, did excellent work and charged a very reasonable fee for the job. They were there when they said they would be and were clean in their work. Although I hope to never have the same circumstances again, if I did, I would hire them back without question. 5 stars! Highly recommend!
