"Wow! We are very sorry this customer feels this way. Unfortunately, some customers bring their personal problems into the lives of contractors and this customer has done just this. We should have known after she told us the day we went there that she kicked 2 other contractors off the job. 50 calls on a Sunday (1 day) is unacceptable with a non-emergency issue. This was a small job that took 1 day to do, and Davco has been back, in good faith, 7-8x to appease her and even did work that had nothing to do with our original contract. We walked around the job each time with the customer and she said the work looked great, only to call back upset."
