Needed a ceiling repaired from some water damage. Work was scheduled and performed quickly and professionally. James did a great job and the ceiling looks great so far, the only negative i would give would be the clean up, had to do a lot of sweeping of dust and popcorn and a lot of popcorn on the walls and doors. other than that i would recommend them and use them again

I would highly recommend this company for any drywall repair - especially if you want a job well done!! The repairman was neat, friendly and very professional.....his work area was always neat and I was very surprised at how fast the job was completed!! If I didn't know the area of the needed repair (several holes where a wall TV was installed - very tricky to install) I would never know drywall had been repaired....I was very happy with the result....and no clean up!!

Not at all happy with this company and DO NOT recommend. The work they performed did not hold up. Took me multiple attempts to get in touch with Jason to let him know I was experiencing the same problem I was having before their work was done. Took me even longer -- several weeks -- to get them to come back to fix it. They did fix it (maybe) yet charged me nearly same amount as original work. A company that stands by its work would have done the repair for no charge.

"Marcus, I am sorry you are unhappy. We did the first job for you in May 2019, which was quoted from photos and a description of the work you wanted done. We sent a technician who did the work you requested, which included caulking a shower door and repairing water damaged drywall, plus the free installation of baseboard which was not even included in the price. Now, 8 months later you have had a re-occurrence of water damaged drywall totally unrelated to the first work we did, and you expected us to repair the wall again for free? By your own admission, the water damage was caused by an improper repair or installation of the shower base by a friend. We quoted the additional work and you agreed to our price and signed the contract. As to the multiple attempts to contact us and get the work scheduled, I have seen the time line of when the second quote was sent vs. when it was accepted and the text message exchanges between you my manager regarding scheduling and can only say that you share equally in responsibility for delays in accepting the quote and getting it scheduled. This was a great experience from beginning to end. I selected this company primary because of the online views. I can validate all of the 5 star ratings. I hired PatchMaster to repair several nail pops throughout my home that have occurred over the years, including repairing the tape in my 20 ft ceiling and the tape in my eat-in kitchen. It was a 4 day job. Jason provided the quote and was very informative & customer friendly. Also, he assisted with the massive job. The project lead was Jessie. Jessie is exceptional. He treated my property as if it was his own. He is very courteous and respectful - just a real good guy. His attention to detail is second to none. Alex took the lead in repairing the tape in the ceiling, it required a scaffold. Alex is also a class act. They covered up my furniture, cleaned up behind themselves. Also, they repaired blemishes and nail pops that were not included in the quote. I am very critical when it comes to hiring contractors - I'm the type that likes to go behind them looking for something right. That is not the case with PatchMaster. I highly recommend this company. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 20! Jesse as the project lead did a wonderful job. Our walls, ceilings are like new and the paints (multiple colors in different rooms) are perfect.

Jason and Alex were very professional. They arrived on time and did really great work. I had a wall and ceilings in 2 downstairs bathrooms that had been damaged by a water leak upstairs. Alex did a great job of repairing the wall and the ceilings. My newly finished ceilings look great. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs drywall repair.

We are really pleased with the work of PatchMaster. Jason came and provided a detailed estimate for the work and Alex repaired the drywall in our ceilings and painted 4 rooms.
