BEWARE! Dave Bradberry completed a terrible marble installation job in my master bathroom and shower. He lied repeatedly via text messages that he would return and redo job. After waiting 60 days and no return, a civil case was filed in Magistrate Court of Walton County, Georgia. Law Enforcement served Dave the court papers and he immediately texted agreeing to pay in 30 days for my loss. 28 days later, he texted confirming he was sending the money, ANOTHER LIE!!! Four (4) months later, NO PAYMENT received from Dave Bradberry. A review of his Facebook page reflected the completion of more than 15 jobs during this time frame. After reviewing the evidence, the Walton County Magistrate Court Judge ruled in my favor. Now I have to exercise additional means to collect on the judgement. During the entire process, it was discovered Dave Bradberry has no business license. The business was dissolved on August 26, 2019 according to the Georgia Secretary of State website. Dave uses a check cashing place to cash clients checks according to the stamp of back of returned check. As a result, a lien is being processed through the Walton County Magistrate Court for potential creditors. Also, it was recommended that paperwork is filed with Walton County Georgia law enforcement to confiscate his property and sell to settle debt. All legal means will be exercised until loss is settled. Dave Bradberry operates outside of the Code of Conduct of Home Advisors. Home Advisors should screen contractors to ensure they maintain a business license. BEWARE of doing business with Dave Bradberry unless he provides a detailed contract, a copy of drivers license, a copy of business license and his banking institution information. BEWARE!!!

My wife and I first had them do a backsplash in our kitchen did a very good job. Then come out did a shower for a great job there. Then had him do two more showers for us turn out good then he did our steam shower was very happy with the work but the hole for the steam shower control was too small called the owner and sent him pictures of what was wrong said it is no problem take two minutes to fix I said ok then he told me he would get back with me the next week two weeks went by nothing went back and forth for well over a month still said he would get out to fix it. Well, I had to go buy a $75.00 tool and an hour of my time to finish it. All I say is to make sure everything is done before you pay him.

Excellent service. Communicates and keeps his word about what is agreed to when giving an estimate of cost. Keeps the time frame of the dates the job is scheduled for completion. Always returns your phone call in a timely manner. The working crew gave excellent service. I will have no problem using Mr. Dave when needed.

I paid over $200 and what was done I could have done myself. I was told the tile could be cleaned of the white build-up,the caulk I placed to be removed, and re-grouted. I did not get that. After waiting for the shower to completely dry. I found the same white build-up, just less, the caulk removed but not replace with anything.

Dave and his crew worked fast and at a fair price.

We were very pleased with the quality of Dave s work. He remodeled our shower into a handicapped accessible shower. Dave and his team went above and beyond our needs. Dave and his team were wonderful. They worked hard for us over a weekend to complete our job, and have exceeded our expectations. They are prompt and friendly, and Dave has been a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable and has been able to direct us to the best tile and grout for our animal hospital. We are so pleased!!

Dave is simply a great guy, and trustworthy. He and his crew did a very good job, keeping a clean job site. He came back a couple of times to complete small tasks after being paid, which many of you know doesn't happen often. He also saved us a couple of thousand dollars by telling us that the job could be done more simply and faster than the other pros that quoted. The master shower looks great, as do the two bathrooms.

Dave and his crew made the renovation process super easy for me! I had just bought my first house and was looking to get all of the floors replaced before I moved in. Renovations are never easy, especially while doing them alone while also having to work. But Dave was committed to making sure my vision came to fruition and that I was informed on the progress every step of the way. I would highly recommend this team!

If your looking for a low cost low quality job then I guess you would be ok. Had a crew that obviously could not cut tile. DAVE came back to remove tons of tiles that where installed wrong. Wasted boxes of my tile, an now that job is complete I am having grout joints coming out,none of my doors fit due to an uneven floor installed. I hired this individual due to him having 40+ years experience but I cannot tell. I believe Dave an his crew is used to low end quick jobs. That is not what I wanted an made that very clear.
