Didn't have the right equipment to do my job. Purchased the wrong size supplies several times, or could not locate supplies that were easily found at HomeDepot. Threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay him before the work was complete. His helper power washed on high near back windows, causing water to leak into the house---work I did not ask them to do. Will see in the spring if downspouts are still in place.

Dave is friendly and honest. He came when he said he would and made suggestions about how to save money for the work we needed him to complete. He finished the work in a timely fashion and we were happy with the finished product.

David has a Tremendous amount of talent. He's very honest puts 120% effort into every job he does. He's just an all around great guy. He did some repair work on my house. For example, he build a little deck for. He also replaced some exterior trim around my house and also repaired my roof which had a leak issue. I recommended him to all my friends and colleagues and I have some more lined up for him later down the road.
