Paplow Roofing and Seamless Gutters

During the period of Aug 16, 2022, thru Nov 10, 2022, Dave Paplow was hired to install my roof and siding and he did a horrible job. He left 18 vital things incomplete, he cut corners and refused to fix the 18 items he left off the protection shield caulking and installation to my home. Every time I mention it to him, he still continued the work assuring me he would do a good job but didn't install the protection shield caulking and installation. He informed me before work started that he had dependable, reliable, trustworthy, responsible and integral workers, but these same workers broke one of my southside windows and lied about it. I chose Paplow roofing because I saw him working on a home across the street and the workers were doing a very good job, but those were not the workers that worked on my home, even though Paplow told me those same workers would be working on my home. The workers who worked on my home were caught putting torn defective items on my siding and not trimming the roof materials. Paplow promised this would be finished and it NEVER was. Before the work was completed, he started his workers on another job for three weeks and then called himself completing the job, but the 18 items that needed to be fixed were never done. Paplow gave me an estimated time the work would be finished and like everything else it was manipulation through the entire job. When I questioned Paplow about taking his workers on another job and not finishing mine he said to me I had to wait three weeks. He said he fired them because his workers were not reliable and good workers were hard to come by. I have called Paplow 30 times to rectify the problem. He refused and he came by my home and told me he was not fixing anything and take him to court. As I researched Paplow, I see now in hindsight and retrospect there are COUNTLESS people he has led astray and railroaded. I have given Paplow a courtesy of six weeks to fix the problems and he has refused. As a consumer and a dissatisfied customer, I will caution every elderly, senior citizen, homeowner and disabled veteran this caution.... The overall ending and look of the job are nice but there are details that need to be fixed and put work into it, but the SP is not willing to fix them. look into the comments and reviews before hiring the company and make sure that the company will do the job and not finding subcontractors to do the job.

They were great. They came when they said they would got right to work and did a great job.

Honest bids and great quality. Had a bid on a Friday and my project was started on the following Monday. I would recommend everyone I know to use Paplow!
