About us
Taking his "mustering-out" pay of $175.00 from the Army Air Force, our father and founder, Dave Pate Sr. (1918-1998) bought a mortar box, wheel barrow and shovel, stopped by a construction site and asked "what are the components for mixing concrete?". This family owned and operated firm now supports 22 families with highly skilled foremen and their crews, making continuous efforts to service our customers. Our year-round organization owns, maintains and becomes self-sufficient with a fleet of equipment to be proud of. We uphold continuous "workers compensation and employers' liability insurance with excessive coverage. Certificates of Insurance provided upon request. In the foundation repair business since 1938, Dave Pate & Sons can rectify any foundation problem. Both common and most unusual structural foundation repairs are remedied to residential, commercial and public facilitated buildings.
