Woke up to find a leaky hot water heater. Dave returned my home advisor inquiry promptly and was able to replace my hot water heater that afternoon with no "emergency" fees. He also answered all my questions, talked me through the units warranty, and left no mess to clean up. Highly recommend.

Dave did an outstanding job power washing my end unit townhouse. He arrived on time and his prices were really fair. I also had him complete a small painting project outside as well. Most importantly, Dave is a very considerate and professional contractor. He wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work before he left for the day. David did excellent work replacing our AC/Heat pump. The crew came in at 6 am in the morning and finished the attic work and then moved and finished the work replacing the outside unit. They were done by noon time, even-though they had to modify the base to fit the new bigger outside unit. Overall, great work and excellent customer service!

Dave and his team are good at patch and paint, and simple handyman jobs. They are not as strong at work that requires precision and detail. They attempted to do a hardwood floor patch job and used the wrong color and type of wood for the repair. The work they did needs to be re-done by a more qualified contractor/professional. In this case, the high cost of their work did not result in high quality. When compared to other contractors, their rates are very high. To be fair, Dave did refund me back a small amount for the botched job, however, it is nowhere near enough to cover someone else coming in and fixing his work.

I required service from Dave six months ago. I mentioned to him that his company/service is beyond incredible. He showed up on time and was very precise while took care of my furnace. He s a person to trust because of how he explained what and why my furnace was not turning on. Like I mentioned, I had hired Dave six months ago. We all have said as a customer that has received a good service that we was going to write a review but sometimes fall short and forget. Well I didn t forget, I told Dave I was and even though it s months later this company deserves every min spent on this review. Outstanding company, please hire him. You will not regret it.

Dave did a wonderful job of cleaning the siding on my home. It hasn't been done in 7 years. He is very coconscious about his work and pays attention to details. There aren't enough stars to rate Dave's work, I highly recommend him.

Dave arrived on time at 7:30am as I had requested. That already distinguished him from many contractors I've dealt with in recent years who only provided me a general time frame and even then, often arrived later. Dave made a full and thorough assessment of a water heater that needed repair in a condo unit I own. Dave noted a couple of fixes he could try but recommended replacing the unit in light of its 21-year age. I appreciated the fixes he suggested (such as a new mixing valve), which were only several hundred dollars, but without any guarantee that the fixes would solve the problem I decided for the full replacement. I should note that the heater was much more complicated than a standard house unit. It is also used to heat the condo so there were at least 7-8 pipes going in or coming out of the unit. To my pleasant surprise, Dave said he could track down a new unit by noon and he and his partner would be able to complete installation that very day. I have the green light and Dave did return with his partner, Mauricio, at noon as promised. They labeled all the exiting pipes, made the appropriate diagrams, drained the unit and. disconnected the exiting unit, and then carried it down two flights of stairs. Long story short, Dave and Mauricio spent 7 hours completing the work. Dave noted some problems with the exiting pipes that he addressed at no extra charge. He ensured that the drain pan was fully sealed (this took considerable time because the new unit did not match up with the 21-year-old condo draining pipe). He tested the system thoroughly and checked back with me to ensure the unit was working properly. As someone who has been in a high profile customer service environment for the U.S. Government for 30 years, I know good customer service when I see it. And a key quality of great service is exceeding expectations. Dave and his colleague did that from start to finish and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.
