Dave did a phenomenal job! He utilized a Firestone rubber sealing kit that I didn't know I needed, (it's over the top of a basement access) and it's gorgeous! I have hired him for numerous other projects since!

David provided excellent craftsmanship, I extremely pleased in how well our new fence looks and in its construction. Simply put it looks amazing.

I’ll definitely be hiring Dave for future projects. His quote for my deck rebuild was far more reasonable than the other two companies i got estimates from. He got to work on it pretty quickly, finished it without delay, and it looks fantastic.

Dave the Framer is amazing! After looking at the big box sheds and having bad experiences with other workers, I decided to take a chance on Dave. He came out and listened to me and what I wanted for a shed in my back yard. We collaborated and he sketched a design that was spot on. He gave me a fair price and put me on his schedule. Since I have had bad experiences with almost every contractor I’ve hired to do any work for me, I held my breath as he started working on this project. He started right on schedule and put in long days. As it all developed I made a couple of modifications and he was very accommodating. My art/potting shed turned out so much better that I originally planned. It is truly the envy of all. And Dave is such a hard worker, and he left the job site tidy after each work day! My faith in workers has been restored, but I’m still only hiring Dave the Framer in the future. Thanks Dave.

Dave designed and built a stunning side porch for our house. His attention to detail is apparent in the end product. Dave showed up on time or early for both days of the project. He is friendly and explained everything clearly. He welcomed my input into the design & materials. He's a professional and talented craftsman.

David is a professional. He is passionate about his work and it shows. My wife and I hired David redo six windows on our house. He had great communication, was very friendly and make the experience easy. It easy for someone to be professional when everything goes right but there was a hiccup with the windows order. That’s where David’s true character showed through, he not only took ownership of the mistake but he fixed. He was honest when I have seen many other professionals in his field make excuses. That’s rare these days. David is also a perfectionist, the phrase “good enough” would not describe him. David does things correctly! And all of this combined his prices were very reasonable! We were able to pay him out of pocket verses having to finance the windows with a larger company. This Army Veteran is your go to guy for home repairs and updates; reliable, honest and hardworking.
