He completed a job for me on a place that my son purchased. Tore out some walls and put in new walls in. Remodeled a bathroom. Started and ended at reasonable times. Did a little extra work and very easy to get along with him in the process. If we had any questions he was very approachable.

I hired Dave & Company as a builder and general contractor to construct, design and manage a carport-to-garage conversion, a patio cover, a fence with gates, electrical lighting, switches and outlets, and spa demo. I wanted an experienced contractor who could manage his own crew while working efficiently with the city inspectors, my HOA and with other trades working on site and sometimes at the same time. I also wanted a contractor who I didn’t have to baby sit, as I am very busy at work. I am an electronics engineer so my expectations were and are very high. Dave met and exceeded all my expectations and I would hire him again. He is an excellent choice for any building and design contracting work you may have.

I had no experience with contractors when I needed to do a major remodel on my condo, but after some research learned it was important to find someone who would stick with the job until all the details were taken care of. This is what Dave & Co promised me, and what Dave delivered. Dave was very attentive and even met me at Home Depot in the evening after work when I was picking out counter tops to make sure I didn't choose something that wouldn't fit well. Dave was also very helpful in pointing out ways to save money on many aspects of the remodel. Dave and his team knocked out the major work swiftly and efficiently, but as usual there were some pesky details and adjustments to be made to give me exactly what I wanted. Dave kept coming back and ironed out all all the tweaks I asked for, despite the new jobs he had started at the time. I was most impressed by Dave's determination to give me exactly what I wanted, and the way he stayed with me till I was happy with a job well done.
