Do not Trust Daveâ s Appliance. Slow to return calls. Gaslit me claiming he called back. Never returned my call when I expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the project. They refurbished a cooktop telling me it would be like new, but it still has all the malfunctions they said they would fix. There was a simple cosmetic replacement part they promised they would replace and didnâ t even do that! Do not trust them. Stay away.

After 7 weeks without cooktop and having bad experience to deal with LG customer services, it's a big relief for me to have Dave appliance coming to repair the cooktop. Dave is trustworthy and he assigned the team coming as promised. Jeff and his teammate diagnosed the broken parts and repaired it. I am very happy to work with Dave appliance and will come back to the business in the future.

Our refrigerator compressor went out. Lg sent them to replace the compressor and they were so professional I will definitely be calling them again when I an appliance in need of repair and would recommend them highly.
