Excellent, would strongly recommend and hire again without reservations

Dave Perez provided me with a license, but did not have the proper license to work in the county he was hired for; did not get the necessary permits and therefore his work was not legally done. The jobs that were started by him were inadequate and had to be redone by another professional. After months of promising a resolution, none came. A job that should have taken a few days has taken four months. He is a nice man, but in my opinion should not be an electrician

Dave did a great job, I would use him again. Update: although the price was good, I have had some problems with bad wiring. A high voltage line was used for a standard wall outlet and has ruined a couple of electronics. Be sure to supervise the project.

I was leary of this situation at first. Many people today are hiring themselves out as experts and then only do homeowners later find out they aren't. Dave is an expert in his field, worked very well with me on time constraints and priced his work very reasonably. He was very courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. Thanks Dave for all your help.
