"My team was helping because water sitting in basement and you were trying to get Dave's to lay carpet in wet basement. We were just trying to educate you on the best way to handle due to sinking foundation. This was one day ago and yes we said we would refund, however you promised not to write a bad memo against Dave's that was there during the storm to make sure we do it right. We put staff up in hotels to make sure we took care but then there is black mold, tried to educate and correct, show you products that were and are more suitable. The carpet and all materials are there and have been doing this now for 56 years plus. Dave Dave's Flooring"
"This is completely false. Who wrote this is not a customer and is a competeting business trying to make daves flooring that has been in business 56 years. We could do same comments of them, but we dont have to stoop to that level. We would like to have a call with this individual. Could we setup?"
