I had a broken Window. Dave gave one of the cheapest quotes. He delivered on time. Since we have a double pane window, it took some time to get the custom made order come. But once it came, Dave promptly installed it. No mess, easy installation, on time visits, very easy to talk to. We also ordered our glass tabletop with him afte rthe initial window order.

Dave did a great job on our door. We originally hired him to do one door and he did such a great job we asked him to do another and now we're asking him back to do one more we thought we could live without repairing because it worked so much better than the other too sliding glass doors. After a day with the repaired doors we changed our minds about that and wish we'd have found Dave long ago. Dave did great work, came in under budget and really has made us like our home more.

Dave was super fast on both contacting and scheduling a meeting to look over the broken windows and give an estimate. He fixed the garage window while here giving an estimate on the kitchen. He turned the kitchen window out for the protection of our younger children. Over all a good guy to work with, felt very concerned with completing the projects in a professional manner.

Dave was very accomodating to my work schedule. He arrived on time, installed the replacement glass, cleaned up after the work was completed. I am very satisfied with this service.

I would not normally write a review, unless I was very, very unsatisfied with a company. My windows look worse than they did before he began. It looks as if he used dirty rags to clean and dry them and they are horribly smeared. I pointed out one room (because that was the only room the sun was still shining in and I could see how the windows looked), and he did go over them again. Yet, he made them worse and I had to tell him that. After the third time, I finally gave up and paid him so that he could leave. I will now have to hire another company to come out and re-do all of the windows. Very disappointed!!

Did a great job. Very helpful, even to looking at 2 other windows and solving problems with them. I would recommend Dave Roland to others. Communication skills could be better.

Work not completed yet as replacement windows have not been delivered yet. He was extremely helpful and came out on a Saturday to take measurements.

Very professional and gave a fair estimate. He came on the same day I called him and I will be using him for the repair. He took the time to explain my options and gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision.

Dave came the next day to repair a shattered sliding glass door. Another company had told us we needed to replace the entire door for $2900!! Dave removed the shattered glass, cleaned up nicely and said he could order the glass and be back in a week. Sure enough he was back a week later and installed the new glass in about 40 minutes. Cost- $330! Dave was very flexible about scheduling his visits and friendly.

Agreed to do additional work , replacing screens and fixing screens, has failed to complete this in a timly manner, has failed to communicate what is going on.

I thought that he was very professional, knew what he was doing. He was easy to communicate with, very satisfied with his work.
