Window A/C Unit Installation
Dave was very personable and professional. He apologized for being 'late' (it was a whole 4 minutes). He removed my old A/C and put in the replacement very efficiently. He was very well prepared. He brought extra wood panels to properly close off the opening left by the newer (smaller) a/c unit. Very reasonable cost. I made sure I got his business card, as I will definitely hire him again for any work I need around the house.

Dave showed up a bit early, was polite/personable, and charged a very reasonable flat price. The first attempt at clearing the drain was not successful, but he did it again successfully (without adding on to the price). Quality of work is high, customer service excellent. I will definitely call again when needed.

Stars for Dave are self-explanatory. However, I was disappointed with Brysonâ s. When I asked for an estimate on the cost to do routine maintenance on two drains, they never responded. (Dave did!)

I was surpried at how reasonable the service was. I definitely will hire him again. He came on time and fixed the drain that i had called for. He also did 3 other small jobs. He was here for about 2 hours and his charge was surprisingly inexpensive.

First time using home advisor. I am glad i was fortunate enough to have found Dave. I had a slight tenant emergency with a water issue at my unit. Dave came after hours to help me get the job done. He is a very honest handy man and would recommend him any day. His price is fair, he does a good job, above and beyond my expectations.
