Hired Dave to make repairs to deck. Contract said he was to repair top rail and hand rails, and some floor boards. He replaced top rails, but when asked if he was going to replace hand rails, he said hand rails and top rails were the same. He replaced the hand rails, but instead of replacing full pieces of the floor boards, he used the remaining cut pieces he had left from cutting the hand rails and pieced in the floor boards. Since he pieced some of the floor boards in, there was nothing to secure some of those pieces into. Needless to say, I was sorely disappointed with the job and I had to pay for half of the job up front.

Hired Dave s Handyman Services to help replace a window panel. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the wrong window but Dave was prompt and did not request any payment for looking at our problem. I am sure when the right window glass arrives he will do a great job.

David had to order a part for the attic fan. It arrived earlier than expected. We set up an appointment for the installation. He arrived on time and handled the job quickly and professionally. I am hiring him again for another project. Happy customer.
