Dave was responsive and professional. He was thorough in explaining what was required to repair the leak in the balcony and provided us with his honest opinion on the condition of the ceiling which, fortunately, did not require repair. We will be happy to hire him for future jobs.

Dave showed up on time, and he went right to work on our projects. He brought in a collapsing ladder, so the battery for the high smoke detector went in quickly. He installed a faucet for our kitchen sink, as well as repairing the ceiling fan in our office. He even helped me brace a tree in our back yard. All in all, a pleasant experience. I will certainly call Dave in the future for any things that need fixing g in the future, and I will recommend to any of my neighbors who might need help.

Dave was very professional and honest. He truly has integrity. I would love to use his services any chance I get. He remodeled our bathroom, painted, leveled a floor, installed smoke detectors and completed a number of tasks. Great guy. I Have a rental in another state. Good help is hard to find. You won't be sorry if you hire Dave. My husband and I are completely satisfied with his work and he went above and beyond on helping us even what was outside his scope of work.
