Very professional

Dave came out promptly. Advised against aeration as unnecessary expense. We agreed on what should be done and it was done on schedule. Nice people to work with. Helpful, not pushy. Didn't try to sell stuff we didn't need. We'll be getting an annual program.

They were prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My yard looks wonderful!!!!

The crew somehow shows up on dates that were not agreed upon. This happened a couple of times. And the owner is hard to get hold of. But at least he is friendly,, understanding, and receptive to improving the scheduling process. Otherwise, work is acceptable.

You get what you pay for. While Dave's Lawn Service provided the lowest quote, they have yet to show up when they said they would (we requested every week mowing and we are lucky if they show up every other week). I have emailed multiple times but only received one response with an excuse as to why they couldn't mow our lawn. And, the actual lawn is left too long/uneven with no regard for sidewalks/patio area. If all you want is to avoid having a jungle in your backyard, this service is probably fine. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else!

I'm giving Dave's Lawn Service 3.5 stars for now because they only came twice this season and after repeated scheduling difficulties. I'm sure once I'm on track with Dave's scheduling routine, I would be less stressed out about the no-shows. His crew, when they do show up, do great work. I hope I'll continue with Dave's Lawn Service and see his team thriving.
