Team that showed up was extremely diligent and hardworking. They did a great job and project came out looking great. Would have been nice to see owner/appraiser again at end of project to confirm my satisfaction, rather than just dealing with painting team. Recommended service to 3 other homes - all of which owners are satisfied with their completed projects.

Prompt and professional. Arrived on time and completed job within the two days that Dave has projected. They delivered on what they have promised along with a fair rate for their service. They cleaned up after finishing job at my home. They replace and painted partial sheetrock on the ceiling and walls in one bedroom due to water damage as well as redoing one of the flat roofs along with sealing the other 3 flat roofs. They also sealed the flashing on the chimney along with installing a roof fan. Dave's workers are experienced, but make sure Dave is present to inspect the work during and after to ensure that it is done to your liking.
