"I find it very peculiar that everything was perfect, you love the patio, the professionalism, the clean work site ,the promptness of meeting the date we said we would for the install you told me how my communication was great I always answer my phone, and how happy you were with everything including my reasonable price and the awesome look 100% great looking Job and there wasn't a single problem whatsoever until we got early snow storms and I said that we can touch up the polymeric sand in the spring it will be perfectly fine as far as me dumping a life story lol wow , when you asked me why I didn't make it down before the first early snowstorm I proceeded to answer you and told you that since we got early snow storms I had a procedure done to my hip wich took me out of work for 3 1/2 weeks , I also explained that my dad was very ill and I was going back and forth to Rhode Island for the hospital that he was in.. and my dad did pass away last fall as well, but you told me what a great review you were going to give me because everything went so perfect and great everything was perfect until I simply said we would come down in the spring and touch up any spots that the poly l sand dissipated of which I told you when we installed the patio and walkway it was roughly nine hundred and something square feet that they would end up being a few little spots but not to worry you have a 7 year warranty and we will come and take care of anyting that needs to be done to maintenance it. .But because we were not able to make it down last fall you give me a horrible review complete Turn Around from the review you said you were going to give me talk about hypocrisy and control issues Very very disappointing Patrick and Melissa very disappointing how you told me what a great review you were going to give me but I could not make it there til spring but it would be perfectly fine until the spring it was a very very minor thing that would have been perfectly fine being done in the spring, you had a few granules of polymeric sand settle lol unreal karma is a real thing Patrick and Melissa , good luck with karma Thank you Patrick and Melissa be healthy, stay safe"

"That is quite the tall tale because I have photos of your little $600 deposit in the form of a check from my company written to you after you called me while you were very intoxicated telling me that you were a sniper in Vietnam and you killed many men and if I didn't do your job soon well you said you can just use your imagination I knew right then that I was not going to do any work for you and then I called the Better Business Bureau to find out where I can send a copy of the check I wrote to you for your deposit back so they would have it for their records and they told me don't even worry about it he just gave us a really hard time for no apparent reason so I really get disappointed when things like this happen because I'm sure you served our country well and I thank you for that but I can't go to someone's house that is telling me how many guns they and how many men they killed and how I better get that job done soon and it's too bad that you really try to hurt my livelihood because you have some of your own issues probably related to serving the country the whole thing is disturbing but what's more disturbing than anything is I handle tens of thousands of dollars from customers and have dozens and dozens of people that have seen me come back with material and do the job in a timely fashion and to their complete satisfaction with clean job site fully insured and great communication with the end result exactly what they asked me to do and for you to try to make me look anything different but a professional and someone one that has many happy customers that have given me tens of thousands of dollars that's the most disturbing thing that you tried to hurt my livelihood and my business I hope you can get yourself well I truly do."
