Attempted to fix my issue. I paid $100 to close a hole created by a small animal and was told nothing could open it back up. Well it did later that night. It was Easter Weekend so I waited until Monday to call. They said they d send someone, but no one came. I called back a few days later, still no one. So I ended up hiring a different company. The least they could have done was returned my call.

I called the customer to apologize and try to make it right. The customer was very nice, and explained she already had chosen another provider. We endeavor to always provide excellent service. Unfortunately, we fell short with here. Joe - the owner

The dog tripped the trap a few times. The technician had to go to a class so he couldn't come for a few days. I called to see if someone could come and re-set the traps and so we would have to wait until the technician could come. This meant we would have to wait 3 or 4 days until someone would come. Meanwhile a cat got in the only working trap . The neighbor and I got the cat out since it would have to wait 2 days before being let out with no water.

Response from Company:

We called Ms. B, and reiterated our apology that our wildlife specialist could not reset the traps that her dog had set off until he was back from his state licensing exams, which was two days later. We were never told of a cat getting caught; otherwise, we would have sent a regular technician immediately to release the cat. We apologize for not being able to deliver outstanding service.
