"We called Ms. B, and reiterated our apology that our wildlife specialist could not reset the traps that her dog had set off until he was back from his state licensing exams, which was two days later. We were never told of a cat getting caught; otherwise, we would have sent a regular technician immediately to release the cat. We apologize for not being able to deliver outstanding service."
