"Have heard no feedback from this customer so do not know what the problem was. I can not fix the problem if not told there was one. Have tried to contact homeowner to see what the problem was with no response. We stand behind our work and would gladly do whatever it took to satisfy this customer. With no response from homeowner, I can not fix this problem whatever it may have been. We pride ourselves on a job well done and do not like someone being unsatisfied with our work. If this customer will call us back, we are willing to fix whatever the problem was."
"While there with the customer, we had to deal with several members of the family. While speaking with the brother, we informed him that with the thermostat was not working, we could not tell if motor was bad or not. He asked us to go ahead and install the thermostat and go from there. We did exactly that. Customer called the next day and said still was not cooling properly so we informed her we may need to get a new motor but the cost of it and the thermostat may be more than what it would cost to just replace the refrigerator. She insisted WE pay for the new motor and come install it for free. When we refused to do that she got upset."
"Customer had window unit that had a factory defect in it. We offered to wait there for him to go exchange it but he wanted to wait until the next day. We explained that if we had to come back it would be an additional service call fee as his residence was over an hour drive for us. He did not want to pay any more and did not want to go exchange that day. We did NOT cause the leak it was a manufacturer defect. We did everything we could to appease this customer but he wanted to postpone exchanging unit and for us to come back free of charge to reinstall the next day. We were willing to wait that day to complete it. He refused that offer."
"While in hospital with mother passing away my son contacted Ms. Stevenson and contracted this job behind my back. I fired him IMMEDIATELY upon hearing of this!! I have contacted customer and her daughter giving them ALL of his personal information!! We do NOT do business this way and I sincerely apologize to Ms. Stevenson and her family for what he did. I will continue to help them in any way possible go after my son to make him responsible for his actions. Please do not judge our company by him. He was fired IMMEDIATELY!!!!"
"We would like to address this comment. We did have to order the part and we did come back and install it. When it was installed it was found ANOTHER part that had been damaged. We wanted to order this other part but she refused to let us. Yes she was charged for initial service call but was NOT charged for trip back to install part. When she was told about ordering the second part she refused for us to do this. The owner himself called and even offered a free service of any kind to make up for the service not going as quickly as she wanted. She refused this also. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We do apologize for this happening."
