The very best thing about Big Dave's is that he shows up when he says he will, he does the job we agreed on, and he cleans up after himself. Very different from any other GC I've dealt with in nearly forty years. Superior work at all times; fixes issues when required without question or demur. I'll have no other GC darken my doors ever again.

Excellent, high-end craftsman that does the job the right way. No detail was spared from start to finish. Communication was smooth and Dave is a fun person to work with. We reviewed every detail before the contract was signed and got exactly what we were looking for (plus great suggestions from Dave) when the project was completed. My home was cared for and protected when workers were here. The projects couldn’t have turned out any better. If you want high-end results that are completed the best way possible, pick Dave as your general contractor. He is well connected and has the best in the business at his disposal.

Dave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave!

Dave was prompt at returning our initial project inquiry call. Everything went smooth from reviewing the job, quoting the job and the actual work done. This was a new bath exhaust fan, not a replacement which meant cutting into the wall. He did a awesome job! Cannot even tell where the wall was cut. Dave is very professional, kind and great customer service. Highly recommend his services!

Big Dave was a pleasure to work with. In the middle of a bath and kitchen remodel my husband sustained a severe back injury. Big Dave and his guys stepped in to complete the work. They didn't do anything we did not ask for, gave good estimates when we asked for extra things not included in our original contract and made our experience a great one. They created a new wall in the kitchen to hide the tankless water heater, painted it, installed cabinets and a sink. In the bathroom they placed the tub surround, painted and finished installing the vanity. Then we asked them to replace the drop ceiling in a hallway, it was quickly taken care of. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a fantastic job. There wasn't a speck of dirt or anything. They put in quite a few bars, and you couldn't tell anyone had been there!

Excellent. Called Dave and he was friendly and professional and sent one of his crew over to handle it. Because I was out of town, he sent pictures of the finished work so I was comfortable it was done and done well.

They are very prompt in getting back to me and getting me an estimate. The work was done efficiently and professionally.

Dave did an excellent job answering all of our questions and was responsive to our emails and calls. Our only complaint is that the stains on the bay window did not match closely as promised (with one looking completely unfinished).

After receiving other quotes, we chose Dave. He arrived on time, was easy to work and converse with, answered our questions, and most important, he cleaned up nicely when the work was completed. Our cost went up a bit due to an electrical issue but we were happy to pay.

The price was good too. I have no complaints about them. They did a great job. They're always on time. They complete the job per their schedule. They're very good at working with you on trying to make decisions on changes or better ways of doing things.

Excellent! After much trouble with another contractor in which I lost 2 months as service scheduled ultimately was not performed, Dave stepped in quickly and handled the job. Everything was explained upfront including pricing. He fit me in quickly and quality of the work is excellent. So happy I'm using him on remodeling the rest of the bathroom! He's renewed my faith in contractors!

I would highly recommend them to anybody.  They are very courteous & very professional, unless we don't want them to be,  joking around and stuff with them.  I want them to have fun when they're working.  My dogs love them.  I have 2 beagles that normally bark, they barked the first day and after that they accepted him like he was part of the family.  They always pet them and always nice.  Very polite.  They did everything professional and perfect and the prices compared to everyone else was just outstanding.  They're very reasonable.  Dave's really great working with you. <br />

He and one of his staff did the job in a half day. They implemented his solution and stayed on his original estimate, even though he advised me of an hourly contingency rate if additional work were necessary. The work looks great and the re-installation is sturdy and should last for the life of the countertop and sink.

Dave was a referral from a referral. He led us to quality materials and helped us pick out what we needed <br /> He started when he said he was going to start, his guy (Adam, he's aces) showed up every day when he said he was going to show up. He worked consistently and diligently. He was respectful of our home and property. They cleaned up after themselves and in general did a neat professional job. The couple of little glitches that surfaced after the install were addressed immediately and effectively. <br /> <br /> I'm getting older and so can't do some things I used to be able to do. I'm really glad I found Big Dave to do those things I can't or don't want to do anymore. <br /> <br /> I recommend Dave to anyone who wants quality work done in a timely manner. You might find a cheaper quote but I don't think you'll find a better value for your money.

The entire process was wonderful. Dave was professional, checked in on the site when the plastering was being done by sub-contractors and made sure everything was being done correctly and to our specifications.  Could not have asked for a better process or result.  We ordered our tin on line and that was a process but that was not related to Dave if we had gone with the company Dave had used before perhaps we would not have had such issues. We love out tin ceiling in our living room and could not have asked for a better experience.

Big Dave did a great job. Answered my many questions and provided solutions for my design wants.
