Dave was very easy to work with. He was very prompt in replying once I sent out the request. He did a great job working with some large tiles that I picked out for a backsplash. He was very cognizant of keeping the areas clean. Very friendly and very hard-working. We really appreciated his services.

Dave is a hard working and reliable contractor. He is timely and pleasant to work with and takes rightful pride in his fine work. He is organized with a clear plan and develops a quote for the project. This quote outlines all of the components of the work being done, and very reasonable as far as pricing. I found Dave thru a neighbor and I lived his work so much- so masterful, I knew we had to replicate for our space. We are sincerely blown away by his talent, work ethic, and really the quality of his work. Also, he has an eye for design and will share a helpful opinion when asked. 10/10. I will be recommending Dave to my friends, neighbors, and entire community. And I canâ t wait to use him for a long list of other projects.

Dave started out doing good work at reasonable prices. He was always unreliable regarding the timing of completion but he would eventually get it done. The last time he came to do work was a disaster. He forgot items, did the work crudely, and charged a fortune for it. He balked at producing receipts which are standard for a time and material job and were downright rude when told the new door he installed was leaking. Not just a little leak but a leak that came through the ceiling below. While eventually, he offered to come to fix it he was so hostile and rude we did not want him in our home. He rarely wore a mask and took no safety precautions despite the pandemic. I would not recommend you use him unless timing and money are not an issue and be prepared to stay on top of him at all times.

My prices are always reasonable and usually below what others charge. Sue constantly added items to originally requested work and then demanded all of it be done in the same time frame, which I usually did. Last 'list' of jobs was completed by deadline given. I billed for the final job as I had always done. Customer never had a problem with paying me before this. But this time she demanded I produce all receipts. Some were damaged. I reproduced all I could, provided evidence from bank statements showing the others. She didn't care and finally, two weeks later, paid the bill, less the $600 in receipts I couldn't produce. She contacted me at a later date complaining about a door I installed that was leaking. I reminded her of my displeasure of her shorting me on my bill, but that I would fix her door anyway. I STAND BY MY WORK IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Instead of letting me correct the problem with the door she got angry that I brought up the money issue and refused to let me do the work and threatened to, instead, give me a bad review, which she has. And masks? I wore a mask the whole time I was in her house per her request. In short? My biggest mistake was assuming we had an 'understanding' regarding payment, a level of trust between us. I was wrong. My mistake was not putting everything on paper (as I usually do) and both parties agreeing to it before starting work. As my other reviews below show, I care very much about the quality of my work and that my customers are happy with it and me. And that will never change.

David is a hard worker and very reliable. Work was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. Communications to include pictures of the various stages of the project was very helpful. I would hire David again for any project.

David replaced two smaller cabinets with a larger one in the kitchen and did a great job. Initially we told him what we wanted and he made a recommendation that we liked better. We are having David give us an estimate on a painting project. We are happy with his work and would recommend David without hesitation.
