Dave was personable, came at a convenient off hours time because he was nearby (his office address is in the next valley over) and subtly suggested that my idea of replacing the fiberglass shower pan would be a big expensive job because of the glass enclosure sitting on the base. He suggested reglazing, which he does not do, but offered to act as a midddle man- finding someone who does do the job
