David, did a good job completing what was asked. Reason for not five stars is clean up and took longer than expected which might not be fair waiting in siding.

DO NOT use this man for any of your projects! If you do you will regret it!. I recently hired David to replace a roof on an old shed, and drywall , paint and trim a brand new Amish Shed. I would be hard-pressed to hire him again to build a dog house. He is sloppy, cuts every corner possible and does not clean up. He even failed to replace some rotten wood on the roof he replaced. The day after he claimed to be done the seams in the newly drywalled and painted ceiling in the Amish Shed opened up, but he has refused to return and fix them after I mistakenly paid him. He also sprayed paint on the outside front of the Amish Shed that was painted when I bought it. I will now have to repaint it and try to repair the ceiling myself or pay somebody else. He will not return my phone calls or my messages through the Angie app. Plus, he refuses to give me the receipts for materials for the 2 projects, which totaled close to $7,000. David told me ? I am a man of my word?. Apparently, his word is not any better than his work. I am sorry I have to post this because his partner, Richard, does all of the labor and is an extremely hard worker. I can not t say the same for David. I am going to contact Angie and petition that David be removed as a contractor.

David is a great guy. Professional, committed and dependable. Loves to satisfy his customers.,Iâ ve used him twice and I give him an A+!

Would not show up sometimes. Work was shoddy using old studs to put up new wall,,,asked him to meet me ,,, would not show up,,,, asked for my money back,,,, no correspondence,,,

Had a carport put in three years ago by them. Was pleased with the work at the time. It was not super cheap, but I was ok with the price. Winter of 2019 it collapsed with about 12 in of snow on it. It had rained on top of it and then froze all in the course of 24 hrs. Yes, I should have cleared it off. However, in retrospect, a carport in Vermont should have had much more bracing/support. Luckily, my homeowners insurance fully covered replacement...I paid an extra 4k on top of the settlement to get a new carport from someone else.

Mr. Desroches arrived promptly to assess placing a portico over my front door. He envisioned exactly what I was looking for, and had it completed early, despite some inclement weather. He is definitely a 5 star guy. In fact, I plan on using him for my next project! Thanks for a job well done!

Great, hardworking guy who did a great job remodeling my garage at a great value.

Not a good experience. He charged 6000 more for than what he quoted for. Left the work unfinished in the middle after paying 2/3rds of the amount..

Followed through with job as scheduled , job was done as quoted.

There were a couple of glitches getting the job looked at and scheduled but it all worked out. Dave made excellent suggestions and he knows his stuff They arrived when they said they would and quality of the work was excellent. At the end of each work session, everything was neat and tidy. Will be happy to use Dave again

Work was completed on time and they did a great job. They cleaned up after they finished. Would use them again on other projects.

Job not done yet, but very satisfied so far. Dave is very versatile, very friendly, and very experienced. Shows up, works hard, adapts to my changes.

Clean, accepts additions to original contract. Hard workers. Felt confident with them in and around house. Highly recommend them.

There were some 'blisters' left under the taping. These were pointed out before he left but he said the would flatten as the tape dried. They did not. Also, the final bill was slightly more than the estimate, in spite of my providing the mud and the tape and buying the paint supplies and doing the painting myself.

We had quite a mess on our hands. David made some really good suggestions to help. He took time out of his weekend to look over the job and got things moving very quickly. The places he worked look awesome! Hopefully the house will never need so much work again, but if it does we'd be very happy to have David and crew in to fix it up!
