I called 3 other plumbers before finding Dave. One never called back, one called back 3 dyas later, one committed to come then backed out. Dave ansered the phone, responded to my home the same day and temporarily resolved the problem. He ten returned on Saturday to install a new water heater. He is friendly, fair priced, very competent, responsive and just overall a FANTASTIC plumber. We will deefinately call Dave back when needed and he will be a 'higly recommend' to our friends.

I called Donovan Plumbing to fix a leak that had developed in my tub's drain when I was away. Mr. Donovan treated me professionally, and did the work extremely quickly. The leak was fixed completely, and the area was left perfectly clean - no evidence of having work done, except no more leak! The price was extremely fair. Hopefully I won't have another leak, but if I do, I am definitely calling Donovan. Top notch work and service.

Before I used Home Advisor--I did a quick google search for a handyman in the Durango, CO area. I called a company and set up an appointment to check why my garbage disposal wasn't working. This company, without checking out the disposal said I should go ahead and purchase (or reimburse) them for the new disposal. Fortunately for me, they missed the appointment I had set up and I was spared having to buy a new disposal without them checking it first. My second attempt to get the disposal fixed was successful. I used Home Advisor--saw David Donovan Plumbing and booked an appointment. I got a call right away and the appointment I choose was finalized. David Donovan went to inspect the disposal--found the reset button and was able to get the disposal to function, without me having to purchase a new one. I would use his company again for all future home repairs. Very professional and reasonable rates.

David's immediate response the same day I called. He checked on the problem and replaced the water tank the next day. He was very amiable and quick to please. We were grateful for his service.
