David Esparza

Very disappointed with the way Mr. Esparza has treated us so far. We ordered windows and doors from him for a renovation project at home. The day he was supposed to arrive to give us a quote he didn't show up. Just like in another review I read, Mr. Esparza had an emergency. He showed up the following day. Took four weeks to get the quote from him. The windows and doors were of good quality and look really good. So I decided to add another window to my order. When Mr. Esparza delivered the order, he said he would get me the additional window the following week. It has been over a month now. My contractor finished the job and will now need to make a special trip to my home to install the window. Mr. Esparza did stop by to inspect a sliding screen door that did not fit well. He took it with him to fix it. He has not returned it yet and it has been weeks! He is constantly ignoring my text messages, phone calls and voice mails. He finally replied after two weeks of ignoring me. Said he would get me an update on my window and door. That was over a week ago. Since then, he has ignored my text messages again. I have never been in a situation like this and did not know what to do. A quick Google search told me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I did yesterday. It also recommended I contact the following agencies: Department of Consumer Affairs State Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud division State Licensig Board

David was honest and specific about the work that was needed. I contacted multiple window/door specialist and none were up for the task. This was to turn a pocket door entrance to a Murphy door, which is a hidden door that looks like a shelf furniture. He reinforced and installed it so perfectly I was so impressed with the detail it involved. Great communication of what was expected and he delivered above and beyond, weâ re moving on to more projects since heâ s gained my trust

I recently had a iron entry door installed by David and his assistant Mike. These gentleman did an excellent job with the install. They were on time and extremely professional! David went above and beyond working around my schedule, even going out of his way to pickupup the door. His extensive knowledge of doors and windows will make the man for any job ! David replaced my patio sliding door and did an amazing job. Totally exceeded my expectations. Arrived on time, answered all my questions, and didn't leave any hint that he was there with the exception of my new beautiful patio door. I would recommend David over and over again. Please give him a call you won't be disappointed.
