David is a true professional. He arrived on time and prepared for the bid. He had samples to show me and was very informative. David and his team are very hard workers. I would recommend him.

Very reliable his crew did great work

David came in and gave me an estimate for the concrete. He was the only one who went into detail about the bid. We decided to ask him for a revised bid with a few more things added in and his came in with a very nice bid. Decided to give him the entire job. Did everything and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Will use him again if we need another project.

Dont know how to rate being that the work is not finished..i was told it would take 2 days but the yard was worked on 1 day left half worked on and they would continue work in 5 days..my lawn is left a mess.

David was prompt and quickly analyzed the problems with my sprinkler system. He came back the next day with one worker, and they repaired the problem and showed me their completed work He also explained to me what the issues were. The job was smaller than I thought and I paid a reasonable price. Over all I was very happy with the service I received. Good, job, on time, good price. One thing David could have done better, would have been to prepare in advance, a worksheet/receipt for me, eventhough the job turned out to be very small.

David is a very good worker as well as his team. Over all very happy. The one thing David needs to work on is not over booking himself and leaving to do other jobs and then coming back.

He arrived on time; however, the experience when down hill from there. He gave me a price to place and remove the lights and when he was finished, he increaswed the price by $15.00 to hang the lights and said the removal would be another $100.00. The placement of the lights was absolutely terrrible! I had neighbor complaints where I have to stop turning on the lights in the evening, he could not install the timers properly (said that was not his job it was mine; took me hours to fix, his estimate on the3 amount of lights required was way off and matching lights were not available in the stores. (Plus I am disabled.

He was able to come right away, evaluated what needed to be done, and completed it to my satisfaction. I hired him to do another smaller job, and he will be coming back tomorrow to take care of that also. Very satisfied with what he has done so far. He took care of exactly what I needed done. Thank you!

Mr. Silva was prompt and courteous and knew what he was talking about. I really appreciated that he drove out of his way to help us get the sprinklers off the same day I made the request on servicemagic.

David was good in communicating when he would be available and in describing the steps he would take to access our problems. He stated that he could not give an accurate estimate until he started to unravel the source of our problem. He worked hard and gave us honest updates on his findings. He consistently bid the prices on repair lower than other service majic service we had in the past for the same problems. He helped us stop the immediate concerns aqnd then proposed the ultimate best solution. This gave us time to evaluate his work and we intend to hire him again in October for a complete redo on our irrigation system.

David did a good job repairing my sprinkler system. The price for completing the repair was a little excessive, given that I had already isolated the leak. I did not get a quote, in advance, for the repair. David was late for his scheduled arrival and start time. David did do some extra repair to existing system, so it was worth the cost for the repair. Clean-up after the repair was very good.

david was on time ,courteous and he was very thorough and completed the work in a timely manner.

A bit pricey, but does good work. But, I would hire again.
