David Fratianne Architect (DFA) has over 20 years experience in providing architectural services in the New York City metropolitan area, as a design firm that offers a full range of architectural services from initial concept, through the planning & design phases, bid and construction documents, contractor bidding, permit filings, and construction management. Our firm specializes in residential, commercial, retail, & interior design, and are well versed in a variety of styles, including; modern, classic-contemporary, traditional, and eclectic. We have experience with small, mid-sized, and large scale projects. Our exterior & interior work include work in historical restoration and adaptive reuse & we have done extensive work green/sustainable design. DFA works to tailor our service to the needs of the client with detailed interviews to study the scope, budget, schedule, and stylistic requirements of each specific project.
