David Guin Heating & Air Conditioning

After some initial difficulties w/ communication (which I reported to you), I called Mr. Guin again, & his technician came out promptly yesterday, got my AC unit working & pledged to return this afternoon to replace a faulty thermostat. Thing seem to be working out fine now.

Third time I've used them and still as please as the first. Couldn't find a more honest repair man anywhere. They won't rip you off.

Absolutely great service. I didn't expect repairs until next day but the technician was at my home and through with the repair in 1 hour. I had hardly hit the enter key to send my request and my phone was ringing. I will use this company again and for maintenance services also.

David Guin's prices are unbeatable. After a big name company took advantage of me (and I believe broke my unit further), David did everything he could to make it right for me. There was not an easy fix for my problem, but every time I called they were there the same day.

Great customer service. Explained everything that was going on. Repaired the issue.

It was afternoon when they came and had to get a part but the guy came back and worked until dark getting it fixed. He was very pleasant and i would use them again.

My heat pump is old and parts are not available. They are searching for a use part or make something that will work.

They did a great job. Very friendly. Did not try to up-sell me to something more expensive. Charged me 55.00 to come out and 50.00 for part. Other companies have told me my compressor will get burnt out soon and should be replaced but these guys checked the most simple cost effective fix first and fixed it. It ended up just being a bad capacitator (battery) for the outdoor unit. Would definitely recommend.

tech was unable to perform alone and supervisor was unavailable. tech caused a problem that did not exist before he came and then left until he could obtain the part. i had no way to contact anyone in the meantime. tech did return and repair the problem he caused.

The technician was running late due to a previous service he had, but he was courteous and called to let me know and apologized. When he arrived he was very polite. Turns out we did not need our A/C serviced and he was honest enough to tell us that. He was also very thorough in offering us a few other solutions to our air flow issue. I would definitely recommend David Guin Heating and Air Conditioning.

Pleasant, pleasant experience. Promptly returned my request for service within 5 minutes. Scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Arrived within the time frame. Answered my questions without BSing me or making me feel dumb. Fixed the problem promptly and at a very reasonable price! Even went above and beyond showing me how to take care of my system!

technician who came out worked until he figured out the root of our A/C problem. it was not a simple fix, but he was diligent & we were very happy with this service provider!

Arrived on day scheduled. All work was exactly as discussed during estimate and so was the cost. Did not try to talk me into replacing entire unit like most other estimators. Will use them again.

Called me back right away, was able to schedule appointment in a timely manner, was on-time, polite and efficient. Diagnosed the problem, which was gratefully far less serious than we feared, fixed the problem quickly. Cost was more than fair and I was very grateful he shared it was a minor problem and did not try to talk us into fixing something that was not broken. Would definitely call again.
